Foods contribute to bad cholesterol

-Plant based foods that contribute to bad cholesterol:
All white things:
White rice
White flours: Rice flour,plain flour
White ravvalu: Rice ravva, Semolina,polished godhuma ravva.

The plant based white things suggested to be more dangerous for cholesterol. 
Cholesterol, liver issues and digestion issues are coordinate each other.

According naturopathy, Raju gaaru suggesting same thing.


Decreasing bad cholesterol is only possible by improving good cholesterol levels. Increasing whole grain regimes , adding soaked nuts and dry fruits, sprouts is only option.
