One study reported that 250 mg. of ginger extract taken four times daily to be effective in easing the joint pain of osteoarthritis.

For precautionary reasons, if any of the following apply to you, ask your health care provider before using ginger medicinally: pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes or take blood thinners such as aspirin or warfarin.

Fruits that eliminate Joint Pain

Fruits are a way to eliminate joint pain naturally. The vitamins of fruits or also known as antioxidants which work to reduce inflammation in the body, in turn alleviating joint pain. The following are some great fruits to eat to manage joint pain.

Blueberries contain high levels of anthocyanin, a phytonutrient that helps with production of collagen production. How so? Collagen is a protein that helps strengthen cartilage and helps hold body tissue together. Collagen keeps bones strong, including joints, helping to create a healthy skeleton.Eating a cup of these berries (fresh or frozen) daily can be a protection against tissue damage.

Though these two studies done with honey make no mention using raw honey, it is recommended to use it. Unprocessed raw honey has vitamins, minerals, and enzymes, where as heated and processed honey lack these vital nutrients. A diet that includes processed, precooked packaged foods can bring on inflammation which in turn produces joint pain.

Apple cider vinegar

A simple application of apple cider vinegar on the moles everyday can easily vanish the moles. Malic and tartaric acid aid in removing the moles but you have to be careful as it may cause a burning sensation.

Garlic and potatoes

Apply garlic paste on your moles or scarred skin and cover it with bandage. Allow it to dry for a night and just continue the process for 5 consecutive days. Sometimes, garlic can burn healthy skin, so apply a test patch and see how your skin reacts.

Potatoes cut into slices, should be kept on the moles. They act as natural scrubbers and help in faster removal of moles.

Iodine

Moles can be naturally removed even from sensitive skin types with iodine. Iodine can be directly applied over the affected part for 3 times a day and can be continued without any side effects until desired results are achieved.

Sour apple juice

dry dosa

Thavala Dosa Recipe

Ingredients
To prepare the dry maavu
Raw rice - 3 cups
Urad dal - 1 cup
Chana dal - 1/2 cup
Tuvar dal - 1/4 cup
Methi seeds - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp

Grind everything to coarse powder. Do not add water. This can be made ahead of time and stored in fridge.

On the day of making dosa, measure the maavu in a bowl. To this add warm water (kai porukkum soodu) and salt. Add just enough water to bring it to a wet sand consistency (pesarina padam). Keep aside for atleast 2 hrs (more time makes the dosa very soft).

Before making dosa, season with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies (can also add curd chillies), curry leaves. Add little buttermilk and water and mix to adai maavu consistency.

Spread like uthappam. Add oil. Cover and cook on one side in medium flame. Then turn over and cook on the other side (open).
