Recipe - mix with a whisk 1/2 cup well roasted rava, 1/2 cup very sour curds, 1 cup water, salt and hing, without lumps. In a 2 lt PC, heat 3 tsp oil and temper mustard seeds, urad dhal and broken curd chillies with curry leaves, saute well. Now add the nixture in one stroke, whisking very well - important. Once the mixture starts boiling, cover, keep the weight and switch off. Open only after 20 mins. Tamarind water may be substituted instead of curds and green chillies instead of curd chillies
