besan laddu

Me too, me too.
Joining the laddoo train.

Besan laddoo

1 cup besan( sieved )
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup ghee/oil
A pinch saffron.
Mix everything, pour in cooker.
Cook on slow for 7 mins.
Open lid only after pressure subsides.
Shape in laddoos.
Stud with raisins and almonds.
Needless to say, taste max, effort minimum
