Moong daal halwa

OPOS BADAM HALWA

100grms Badam Soaked overnight

Sugar ¾ cup

Milk ½ Cup

Ghee ¼ Cup

Kesar colour

Safron nuts raisins to garnish

Method

Grind the soaked badams to a smooth paste. Add all the ingredients to the PC .

PC on medium for 10mts & on sim for another 10mts.

OPOS MOONG DAL HALWA

½ Cup moong dal

1 Cup sugar

¼ Ghee

Cardamom

Almonds & saffron to garnish 

 

Method

Soak moong dal for 1hr, Grind to a smooth paste.

Add all the Ingredients and PC on medium flame for 3 mts and on sim for 7 mts
