cakes

Blue berry muffins:
100g butter
250g buckwheat/barley flour
2 eggs beaten
200g blueberries
1 appled shredded
1 small aprsnip shredded
225ml milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

Carrot and pineapple cake:
25og buck wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
50g walnuts
200g canned pineapple slices
1 tsp sugar
2 riped bananas mashed
150g grated carrot
1 passion fruit smash
150ml rapseed oil
3 eggs
