opos sambar

Grind together 2 sour tomatoes, 3 tbsp coconut, 3-4 tsp Sambar powder, hing, haldi,3-4 tbsp fried gram (pottu kadalai), 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 tsp tamarind paste , curry leaves fine. In a small pressure cooker, take vegetables, about 2 cups of water, salt and the above paste. Cook for 1 or 2 whistles on medium flame. Add premade tadka. Garnish with coriander leaves. I added yellow pumpkin and carrot. Goes ideally with tiff ins and also rice.
